Our basic registration forms require you to provide contact information, including name, email address, hobbies, country, city, occupation, income and other personal information. We only use and disclose these information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest and for other purposes of your interests only that you have agreed to use your information for upon providing them to us, such as for looking for new opportunities in careers, receiving information about the products or services of third parties, etc.

We will use your Personal Information for internal purposes only and will never trade your Personal Information with any third parties without your permission. Sensitive information such as your income level will be kept completely private.

Should you post a resume, the amount of information you choose to keep confidential is entirely up to your discretion. You may enter as much or as little information as you choose. All information posted will only be visible to our Executive Search consultants, Vietnamworks Sales consultants, Vietnamworks Customer care and our internal HR recruiters. We may provide in part or in whole of your information as per the resume provided by you to a third party such as an employer, recruiter for purpose of developing your careers.

In your use of the site, we also store such information as jobs you've applied to, jobs you've viewed, your resume, and similar information ("Personal Information"). We track clickstream data to monitor utilization and ensure good customer experience. We also use Personal Information to provide you with targeted job information. In some instances in the future we may share your personal information with third party contractors for the sole purpose of mailing you materials on our behalf.

Choice/Opt-out

When you register for our site, we use your email address to send you internal communications from Astro Power. If you’ve registered to receive email communications from us and later change your mind, you may contact us to have your name removed from our distribution lists. You may Opt-out to any of our communications by changing the setting in My Profile. Please go to My Profile and indicate from which distribution lists you would like to have your name removed.

Internet Protocol Address

Like most websites, we collect Internet Protocol ("IP") address from all visitors to the Web site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet.
