Duty & Responsibility
- Serves as customer contact on technical including hardware and software related NBPC and peripheral equipments.
- Check out and emergency repairs.
- Refers more complex problems to manager.
- Gather record & report to manager.
- Other jobs as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male/Female. Age under 35.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer (from College) of Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
- 02-03 years' experience in PC-laptop Service business would be an advantage.
- Experience in customer relation is priority.
- Strong interpersonal skill and willing to work in team.
- Influence in English communication.
