Technical customer support operator (IT knowledge)

About the company

Our client is a state-of-the-art French provider of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Technical support in charge of adjusting mask, modifying and creating mapping of invoices by using JAVA code
  • Technical Support
  • Work with invoices and use some tools to extract the data to xml file
  • Receive ticket about the issue from Support team
  • Interact with Support team to clarify the ticket before and after treating
  • Analyst the issue and take some update to the mapping in order to get the correct data from invoices
  • In case there is no existing mapping, Technical support can be able to create a new one upon the client's requests
  • Test and deploy the new mask or new mapping on BETA environment
  • Reassign the ticket to Support team to deploy on PRODUCTION environment and be in charge of adjusting if needed
  • Ensure the quality of delivery and the time for resolution within a target set by Project manager
  • Report to the Project Manager on the activity and performance of the project on a daily and weekly basis

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • JAVA
  • Basic programming
  • Computer skills: MS Office suite proficiency
  • Good in reading and writing English
  • Written French is a plus
  • Capacity to quickly adapt to a new environment
  • Capacity to work under high pressure
  • Problem-solving oriented personality
  • Willing to work in an international environment
